Municipal Splash Pad Water Park

Construction firms with expertise in the design-build of public splash pads and water park projects in the State of Illinois. Applicants, at a minimum, must be capable of providing certain design/build services, which comply with all applicable local, State and Federal regulations governing construction of municipal pools, including all associated agency(s) permitting. A general summary of the proposed project includes the design and construction of a zero-depth entry splash pad as approved by applicable local, State and Federal agencies and including all permits for construction, operation, etc. The proposed splash pad would be roughly 60’x40’ including a surrounding 10’ apron. Equipment would include, but is not limited to, automated operation, including disinfection, along with certain structures and play features. A changing room and equipment room would be housed in two existing site buildings. Some concrete, plumbing, and electrical work is expected to be completed by the Mascoutah Improvement Association.
