Description

• Provide a thorough assessment of what it will take to turn the conceptual design into a final design including infrastructure, existing interior structure, electrical, lighting, fixtures, finishes and flooring to meet the needs of the staff and to meet current building and fire code requirements. The successful bidder shall staff a team with expertise in all areas needed to complete the project. The team will work closely with City Facilities staff. • Detailed Design: Develop a standardized detailed design for all locker rooms, office space, storage and gym. This must include an estimated timeframe for construction completion. • Approvals: Approval of Building and Fire Code requirements as reviewed and recommended by the City’s Building Department and Brighton Fire Department. • Construction Costs: Provide cost estimates for all renovation and construction including lighting security and life safety issues. • Final Design and Construction Document: Provide final design and construction documents, and technical specifications for renovation and remodel construction in order to competitively bid project. These documents must include architectural, mechanical, and electrical details.
