Bathroom, Roof and HVAC System Replacement Old Bohemia Wma

To have contractor provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc necessary to renovate bathroom, install new HVAC system and install roofing system in Cecil County at Old Bohemia WMA, 445 Church Road, Warwick, MD 21912. The Contractor agrees that the price will be firm for a time period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date to execution of the contract by the State. The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions". When the total bid amount, including all add alternates, but excluding all deduct alternates is in excess of $100,000, each bidder must furnish, prior to bid closing date, a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, including all add alternates, but excluding all deduct alternates. Performance and payment security shall be in the form of bonds only.
