This specification establishes the requirements for supply and construction of one (1) 75' x 50' Control Building and one (1) 30' x 40' Storage Building on foundations installed by the CONTRACTOR with all components including miscellaneous equipment for the DISTRICT'S Olive Creek 345 kV Substation located at the intersection of SW 42nd Street and West Pella Road, one (1) mile north of Hallam, Nebraska.
