Christianson Companies is accepting multiple prime bids for Division 1- Site Survey, Site Protection (SWPPP), Division 2– Demolition, Division 3- Concrete, Division 4- Masonry, Division 5- Metals, Division 6- Wood and Plastic, Division 7- Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 8- Openings, Division 9- Finishes, Division 10- Specialties, Division 22- Plumbing, Division 23- HVAC, Division 26- Electrical, Division 31- Earthwork, Division 32- Exterior Improvements, and Division 33- Utilities Construction will be through the means of construction management. Bidder shall verify site conditions and thoroughly examine the bidding documents before submitting a bid. Bidders must submit their bid(s) on the Bid Form provided by Christianson Companies/DRG. Shall a bidder find a discrepancy or require additional clarification in the bidding documents, the bidder shall submit a “Request for Information (RFI)” via email to the Project Manager. Verbal clarifications will not be entertained. All RFI’s must be submitted, no later than, 48 hours prior to Bid date. Any RFI’s submitted after the 48 hour period will not be answered or accepted. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids and to accept a bid, which in the Owner’s judgment is in the Owner’s best interest. All pricing shall be honored for a period of sixty (60) days.
