Curbside Collection, Hauling and Disposal of Designated Recyclable Material

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. (New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. S12101, et seq.) and all other applicable local, state and federal laws. Bids must be on the bid form, in the manner required by the specifications, and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid on the outside addressed to Janet Halasz, QPA, at the address 2298 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ 08691. To assure that all potential bidders receive the complete bid documentation, as well as any amendments bid documentation must be obtained only from Robbinsville Townships Purchasing Agent, Janet Halasz, QPA. Failure to follow this procedure for receipt of documentation in submitting a bid will result in the bid being deemed incomplete, and therefore it will be rejected.
