Description Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the following: 1.Design, engineer, deliver and construct/set up of a new 45x60 modular officebuilding. 2.Modular will be a three unit structure built to conform to the drawings suppliedwith this Bid package. The structure shall be built here in Florida and must meetall current Florida Building and Fire Codes with a minimum wind rating of 160mph. 3.Contractor shall supply all engineering designs for the structure, and foundationset up and hold down. County will be responsible for water, sewer and electricalutilities to the site.. 4.Contractor is to bid the structure per the drawings supplied and bid the list ofalternatives as listed on the Bid Sheet in package. Contractor will obtain allpermits for fabrication and delivery. Brevard County will provide permit for set upand utility connections. Contractor shall possess all applicable licenses andinsurance (for fabrication and set up). 5.All interior doors are to be Solid Core Imperial Oak including pocket doors. Alldoor locks (handsets, crash bars) are to be Best Lock compatible with a figureeight core. 6.Exterior siding is to be the painted stucco embossed Hardi Panel. 7.The contractor shall examine job site prior to submission of bid as to observe allvisible existing conditions, submissions of bid will be taken to confirm familiaritywith conditions of the work, and the bid price includes all work necessary toprovide a completed, ready to occupy, fully finished product. 8.Provide decking and awnings as shown on the drawings in the base bid. 9.All exterior doors and windows to be High Impact rated.
