Westland Playground Pit Upgrade

No Budget estimate will be provided for this project. Base Bid for Westland Elementary Playground Pit Upgrade. This is for equipment replacement in an existing play pit. This will be the large north play pit in the back of the school. -Existing soft fall material wood chips over pea gravel. -Existing soft fall material is poured-in-place (PIP) rubber. -The large curved blue pipe equipment is to be removed and replaced. -Equipment will be supplied by Jordan School District. -Provide a 6' high construction fence around the equipment for safety of students. -Existing playground equipment is to be left in place or removed at contractor's discretion in order to do the work required. Contractor shall remove parts that are to be replaced, including any attached equipment required. -New equipment parts to be installed with concrete footings as required by manufacturer specifications. -Contractor shall reattach all equipment to complete the play pit as it was existing. -Existing soft fall to be reinstalled or replaced as required to fill play pit area as before.
