| Description | This project is all inclusive to include mobilization, permits, hazardous materials handling if required, removal of all materials from the site, disposal transportation and tipping fees and site restoration. When water and sewer lines are exposed the Edgemont City Crew will be responsible to cap those lines. Contact City Hall when that stage is reached. All demolition ordinances will be followed. Site Restoration will include leveling, removal of any rocks or debris, application of straw erosion blankets and seeding with an annual/perennial rye grass mixture |
