| Description | the work, located throughout Butte County, California, consists of, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, traffic control, polymer modified asphaltic emulsion seal coat, type II micro-surfacing, asphaltic emulsion (fog seal coat), thermoplastic striping and markings, and signage, all in conformance with the California Department of Transportation 2018 Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions, unless specified herein. All work shall include furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans, as described in the Special Provisions, or as directed by the Engineer.
