San Antonio District Traffic Engineering

Perform traffic engineering studies and designs including: traffic signal studies, signal warrant analyses, speed zone studies, origin and destination studies, parking supply and demand studies, travel time and delay studies, capacity analysis studies, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) planning studies, control system analysis, surveying, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), minor roadway design, minor drainage design, traffic signal design, illumination design, ITS design and signing and striping design. It is expected at the time of the solicitation that work will be primarily in the San Antonio district, but work may be required in other districts.
