Description

CITY OF CORVALLIS WWRP SECONDARY PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 1 The work consists of the following work: Replacement of three (3) existing Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Installation of six (6) Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and three (3) new lighting panel boards, Providing temporary power to critical loads, Testing of I/O following MCC replacement Investigation of existing MCC wiring connections, Replacement of an existing duct bank containing power, signal and control conductors to Return Activated Sludge (RAS) Pumps WW-5421-P and WW-5422-P, Installation of a new HVAC ductless heat pump system, Installation of steel frame seismic retrofits within the Secondary Electrical Building and demolition of an interior wall, Associated site work, excavation, paving, grading and electrical and instrumentation and all other improvements described in the Contract Documents for a complete and operable system. The Engineering estimate is $1,500,000. The bidding documents for this project may be downloaded from website.
