The City of Sallisaw will accept sealed bids, on the following property: 514 West Argyle Avenue; more specifically described as: Lot 2, Block 17, Beasley Addition No. 1 to the City of Sallisaw, Oklahoma Bids received after the time set for opening will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Also, bids received at City Hall more than one hundred twenty (120) hours prior to the time set for opening will not be considered. Each bidder is responsible for ensuring their bid is received by the date and time set for opening of bids. Bidders should note that the City of Sallisaw will not provide an abstract for this property. Minimum bid is set at $3,500.00. Property will be conveyed by a quit claim deed to the successful bidder.
