No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. All potential bidders must be able to self perform a minimum of 20% of the work associated with the contract that they submit bids for (not including general overhead - i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.). Proof of self performance shall be provided following the bid as required in the instructions to Bidders. This requisition is intended to supplement the Contract Specifications and drawings and must be used in coordination with these documents to fully understand the Scope of Work.
