2022 Street Improvement Phase 1

The work for which bids are asked includes the following: The 2022 Street Improvements - Phase 1 project includes work for pavement replacement, replacement of poor road base where needed, spot replacement of curb & gutter, and sidewalk repair and replacement including curb ramps,. Campbell Street, Skylane Drive, Henry Drive, Warren Street, and Spring Street are all planned for full depth mill and replacement of the existing asphalt surface, spot replacement of curb & gutter, sidewalk repairs including removal and replacement, and replacement of existing curb ramps that do not meet current standards. Two alleyways, located between West Street & East Street and Water Street & Do-dge Street, are planned to have the existing asphalt surface pulverized, regraded, and repaved Select concrete drive entrances on Broad Street will be replaced along with new concrete sidewalk ramps at the intersection of West Main Street & West Street. Structure casting and gate valve box adjustments and replacements will be done as needed within project limits.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
