Value:$ 650,000.00 Benton County will receive sealed bids for the Rattlesnake Mountain Shooting Facility Training Center from qualified general contractors. Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted. The bids will be publicly opened by County staff. Bids will be on a lump-sum basis and awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to opening of bids without the written consent of the County.
