Description | For landscape maintenance services to be completed at Heritage Oaks Park, 2005 Sam Nunn Boulevard, Perry, GA 31069. 1. The property shall be serviced biweekly unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. 2. See attached exhibit (Exhibit A – Site Boundaries) for site boundaries and project scope. 3. Mow all turf areas to industry standard grass heights according to turf type. Ensure mowing does not remove more than 1/3 of the leaf blade at each mowing. 4. Finishing mower to be used on all amphitheater lawn areas, areas marked in yellow in Exhibit map. 5. Edge all areas where turf meets curb, hardscape or sidewalk. 6. Weed-eat all areas where turf meets landscape mulch/straw bed and trim around signs, posts, etc. 7. Trim around stormwater structures. 8. Trim and maintain all tree and shrub plantings routinely and seasonally as needed by species to uphold industry standards of pruning and maintenance. 9. Maintain pinestraw/mulch beds to control and remove all weeds. Use environmentally acceptable herbicides approved for such use. Ensure no chemicals are sprayed near or around stormwater structures so as to prevent runoff into local waterways. 10. Complete all litter and debris collection prior to mowing and ensure all clippings and debris are blown from paved or hardscape areas back into landscape or turf areas. 11. Utilize all recommended landscape maintenance industry standards while completing entire scope of services. 12. Maintain all recommended safety standards and precautions while operating equipment and servicing City of Perry properties. 13. Contractor must be able to respond to City facility within two hours should an emergency or an incident occur. |
