| Description | 16 Full Square of D5D (Double 5 inch Dutch-lap siding) in Granite. 5 Granite OSC (outside corners). 17 Pieces of Granite 3/4 " J Channel. 5 Granite Under-sill Utility Trim. 2 Starter Strip The City has placed a reserved amount on the siding and if the reserve amount is not met, all bids may be rejected. Items can be bid on individually but a bid for the whole lot will receive preference as long as the bid meets the reserve. The siding package will not be separated and the winning bidder must take all items. Siding is being sold AS IS. The successful bidder must pay for and pick up the purchased siding(s) within five (5) days of acceptance of bid. Payment (cash or check) shall be brought to the City of Olean Fire Department. |
