City of Vienna #ST 23-03 Spencer s Landing Fill Project The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for a fill project at Spencer s Landing. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked SEALED BID #ST 23-03. Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
