The existing bridge crossing the Yellowstone River (Kinsley Bridge) is located in Custer County, on Local Route L09062 (Tusler Road) approximately 9 miles northeast of Miles City. This project begins at RP 2.7 and extends 0.2 miles northeast to RP 2.9.
