INVITATION TO BID LEGAL INVITATION TO BID The Town of Frenchville is receiving bids from contractors to furnish materials and install 2 septic systems in the Town of Frenchville. A portion of the work will be funded by the DEP Small Community Grant Program and the work will be subject to special requirements of the DEP. The septic systems need to be installed by October 31, 2022. DBEs are encouraged to bid. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder upon project funding. The Town of Frenchville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
