| Description | Remove and properly dispose of the current Cedar Shake Roofing. • Remove and Replace all Rotted Sheathing, as required. • Supply/Install DaVinci Bellaforte 12” [nonrepeating patterns] Shake [OR EQUAL] over entire tear-off section. • Ice and Water Shield will be installed 9’ on gutter edge and 3’ in valleys. • Titanium Synthetic Underlayment will be installed from the Ice Shield 100%. • All valleys will be in 16-ounce Copper or Kynar color to match. • All bathroom stacks will be replaced with new Lead Flashings. • All damper vents will be replaced with new Lomanco [OR EQUAL] vents. • All ridge vents will be replaced with shingle over venting. • The Contractor will work in a deliberate and safe manner. |
