CM/GC for Cold Springs Transmission Pipeline Rehabilitation 2021

Rehabilitate the existing 30-inch Cold Springs water line. The CM/GC on this project will be involved during the preconstruction and construction stages of the rehabilitation project. The project will include the rehabilitation of the existing 30-inch cement mortar lined and coated steel pipeline. It is anticipated that the preferred methods for pipeline rehabilitation will be slip lining with HDPE or CIPP lining. A section of the pipeline is in the existing UPRR right-of-way which will require permitting for the rehabilitation and possibly relocating a section of pipeline. The project construction will also include the following. 1. Constructing a new connection vault at the tank site. 2. Connecting to both ends of a section of existing 30-inch HDPE pipe. 3. Constructing a new drain on the 30-inch pipeline.
