| Description | 1. The Contractor shall suppress the following pests through treatments: a. Indoor populations of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, flies, spiders, fleas, gnats & midges, lice, microbial pests and any other arthropod pests not specifically excluded from the contract. b. Populations of the above pests that are located outside of the specified buildings, but within the property boundaries of the buildings. c. Winged pests/swarms emerging indoors. 2. Populations of the following pests are excluded from this contract: a. Birds, bats, and snakes. (Exception: Pigeon treatment identified in Additional Services section below) b. Termites and other wood-destroying organisms. c. Mosquitoes d. Flies e. Pests that primarily damage outdoor vegetation. |
