| Description | The following response times will be included in the RFP and resulting SATOC: Rapid Response (RR). The contractor must be capable of initiating fieldwork within 30 days after receiving the task order notification. Initial notification of a potential RR mission can happen Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. U.S. Central Standard time, excluding holidays. Immediate Response (IR). The contractor must be capable of initiating fieldwork 72 hours after receipt of the task order notification. Initial notification of a potential IR can happen at any time, seven days a week, holidays, and weekends. Emergency Response (ER). The contractor must be capable of initiating fieldwork within 24 hours after receiving the task order award notification. Initial notification of a potential ER mission can happen any time, seven days a week, to include holidays. |
