Hazardous Waste Disposal

Contract to provide disposal of hazardous waste for The School Board of Orange County, Florida on an as needed basis. The Contractor’s pricing per unit, for each item specified shall include, but is not limited to, hourly wages of workers, equipment/supply/material cost, personal protective equipment (PPE), drums, packaging materials for lab packs (e.g. vermiculite), labels, drum packing slips, manifests (including the cost to submit the e-manifest to EPA), land disposal restriction forms, transportation (e.g. truck rental and mileage) and final disposal costs per drum, gallon or ton basis and any fees, surcharges, and taxes required by law on a per drum, gallon, or ton basis. Additional charges other than those specified in the unit price bid shall not be accepted.
