Application of Emulsified Asphalt followed by an Application of Cover Aggregate, on a Prepared Surface, then followed with a Fog Seal on approximately 47418 square yards of existing roadway, and also including: Alternate #1, Digout and Asphalt Patching of approximately 40 cubic yards of existing roadway and roadway subgrade.
