West Green Briar and River Oaks Drainage and Street Improvements

For the purpose of furnishing all supervision, materials, equipment and the performing of all work required in the construction of West Green Briar and River Oaks Drainage and Street Improvements Project, Project#21-10-08 and 21-10-09, GLO Contract #20-065-128-C439, Bid No. 22-30 that includes: Removal of approximately 645 LF of 18" and 200 LF of 66" RCP storm sewer. Installation, placement, and compaction of approximately 1821 CY of embankment. Installation of approximately 691 LF if 18" and 54 LF of 24" RCP storm sewer Installation of approximately 188 LF of 36" RCP storm sewer. Installation of approximately 376 of 10'X8' RCP storm sewer. Regrading approximately 8,732 LF of channel with 14' bottom and 3:1 side slopes. Installation of approximately 2 Concrete Headwall with flared wing walls. Installation of approximately 2 Concrete Headwalls. Removal of approximately 3,288 SY of Asphalt including base and subgrade. Installation of approximately 3,268 SY of Asphalt including base and subgrade. And other improvements incidental thereto, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained for tabulation, checking and evaluation. Estimated cost of the project is in the $1.9M range. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, or in the event of any informality in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids.
