| Description | The project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of the existing 50hp Clever-Brooks boiler. Installation of new natural gas fired hydronic water heating boiler with operating and safety controls. 120/1/60, 30 psi ASME rated pressure relief valve, temperature gauge, LWCO, CSD-1 gas train, new combustion exhaust stack as well as any associated miscellaneous trade work. Boiler shall be fired to provide a detailed combustion analysis and adjustments made to provide optimum efficiency. |
