Description | The work includes removal of the existing low slope single-ply membrane assembly with replacement of new single-ply membrane assembly, cover board and insulations as indicated on the drawings. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 15, 2023 Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Tim Jager at Arete Design Group LLC at TimJ@AreteDesign.Group, with a copy to Brandon Mehling at bmehling@ccsd.k12.wy.us. Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Tim Jager at Arete Design Group LLC at TimJ@AreteDesign.Group, with a copy to Brandon Mehling at bmehling@ccsd.k12.wy.us. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum no later than April 20, 2023. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents made in any other manner will not be binding, and bidders and sub-bidders shall not rely upon them. Requests to use "Alternate, or Equal Products" other than those specified in the contract documents are due no later than 1:00 pm, April 25, 2023. Bidders and sub-bidders must submit via email directly to Tim Jager at Arete Design Group, LLC at TimJ@aretedesign.group, with a copy to Brandon Mehling at bmehling@ccsd.k12.wy.us. all manufacturer's specifications, descriptive literature, finishes and fabrics available, and any other pertinent information requested, for product approval will not be accepted. Addenda regarding any of the above will be provided to all who are known by the issuing office to have received a complete set of procurement documents not later than April 27, 2023. |
