Description

**As of August 24, 2022, project was awarded, start date Spring 2023. ** The Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management (DVEM) is conducting a competitive bid process for the Brewer Armory Unheated Storage Building Project at the Brewer Armory in Brewer, Maine. This project consists of the construction of a one story, steel, unheated storage building with a new foundation measuring approximately 1,500 square feet. Project includes the demolition of existing storage building (1,500 square feet) and the demolition and replacement of two reinforced concrete pads adjacent to the new building location (approximately 160 sf each).
