| Description | Fabricate and install custom stairs for the Rockland County Sewer District #1, North Centenary Pump Station located at 198 Old Route 304, New City NY 10956. Work must include demolition of existing stairs, removal of debris. RCSD#1 to provide dumpster for used metal (see attached photos). Fabricate and install, (1) Set of Aluminum Grating Stairs with (2) Runs, including 2-line 1 ½” Aluminum Rail. First Run: 13 Treads to quarter landing. Second Run: 12 Treads. Fabricate and Install C12 stringers and 19SG4 serrated aluminum grating treads. All aluminum material, mill finish. All stairs grating treads to have standard endplates and grooved noses. Open risers, as per existing design.(see attached photos). Caulking, touch-up painting or patching of walls or floors are not to be included except where contractor has caused the damage. |
