| Description | The Project consists of various asphalt and concrete improvements on road sections within Balch Springs (varying 13’ to 30’ wide). This project will require approximately 18,000 SY of asphalt and 4,500 LF of concrete curb and gutter. Approximately 160 SY of concrete sidewalk and 480 SY of concrete driveway will be installed. Pavement markings will be added along Platte Drive and Quail Drive. Stop bars will be added on all affected road sections along Platte Drive along with 12 pedestrian ramps. 1,422 LF of yellow pavement markings will be placed along Quail Drive. |
