Bid is cancelled Presolicitation Notice the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, Rural Initiative (Cedar City) for the construction of a new cemetery in Cedar City, Utah on or about August 25th, 2022, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Invitation for Bid (IFB). This project will be a Firm-Fixed Price Construction contract that will include Davis-Bacon Wages. The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor, materials, equipment, and services and perform and complete all work for Cedar City National Cemetery Rural Initiative Cemetery Development as required by drawings and specifications. The contractor will have four hundred and eighty (480) calendar days to complete the work from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the business size standard is $39.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Rock removed over or under the 700CY will be added or removed by Contract Modification based on the unit price cost of the 700CY pricing provided. CLIN 0003 - Manufacture and delivery of 1238 crypts.
