| Description | This quote is for the purpose of determining a vendor for plumbing services to include, but not limited to, opening and clearing clogged drains, general plumbing service, trenches and waterways, waterless urinal filter replacement every ninety (90) days. The agreement is effective beginning January 1, 2023 and expiring December 31, 2025. Prices quoted must be held firm for the periods specified. Other equipment or services may be requested by the Facilities Manager or Director. This work shall be done on a time and material basis. The Requestor of work, on a case-by-case basis, shall provide to the Service Technician a description of the scope of work to be performed. The Service Technician shall provide Requestor a written estimate for requested work prior to commencement of work. |
