Description

The project consists of excavation and removal of unsuitable soils, new 12-inch sanitary sewer, new storm sewer installation (up to 60-inch), watermain extension, new diversion structure and retaining walls, along with incidental construction, and other pertinent work as described in the project documents, in order to prepare the site for future development. Alternate work on Hill Street and Front Street includes installation of new storm sewers and surface restoration
