Description | Saint Josephs Carpenter Society (SJCS) intends to prequalify certified Lead RRP and Lead Abatement contractors to receive bid packages for residential lead-paint remediation and/or lead-paint abatement work in the four-county area of Camden, Burlington, Salem, and Gloucester counties. SJCS will receive Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to qualify EPA Lead Certified RRP Contractors/NJDCA Lead Certified Abatement Contractors(pursuant to NJ A.C. 5:17) at our corporate office located at 20 Church Street, Camden, NJ 08105. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L 1975 C.127. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) will be offered full opportunity to bid and will not be subject to discrimination on the base of race, color, gender, or national origin in consideration of an award. SJCS intends to select up to three (3) contractors whose proposals are the most advantageous to SJCS with price and other factors considered to be included receiving bids for lead remediation and/or lead abatement work from SJCS. These pre-qualified contractors will have the ability to bid on Lead Paint Abatement and Remediation projects within Camden, Burlington, Salem, and Gloucester Counties with Saint Joseph's Carpenter Society. If awarded a bid, the company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of NJ S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and NJ A.C. 17:27 et sq. SJCS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals when it is determined by SJCS to be in its best interest. SJCS further reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in proposals submitted in response to this RFQ. Questions to the RFQ are due by December 6th, 2022, at 12 pm. SJCS will not accept Proposals or Questions after the times specified for submissions for both. Any Proposals or questions received after these times will be deemed invalid. |
