Schoolside Roundabout

**As of May 30, 2023, project was awarded to Ewing Construction.,., but awarded amount is not available** The Town of Gypsum is seeking bids for the construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of Schoolside Street and US 6. Scope of work includes: new asphalt roundabout, lighting, signing, concrete & paved sidewalks, concrete median covers, drainage improvements, electrical conduits, irrigation sleeves, seeding, gravel landscaping, and traffic control. 4/25/23 @ 7 PM - Town Council (T.C.) bid presentation and selection at the public meeting in Town Council Chambers. Notice to Proceed - as soon as all contract documents are signed and received from the Council-selected bidder. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally consists of construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of Schoolside Street and US 6, including new asphalt roundabout, lighting, signing, concrete sidewalks, concrete median covers, drainage improvements, electrical conduits, seeding and traffic control.
