Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Services

WSP is requesting a proposal from MPT SERVICES companies (Subcontractor) to provide Maintenance and Protection of Traffic services for survey work under the RDSA, Regional Design Service Agreement for Highway & Bridge, Statewide, All Counties Project . WSPs client is The People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Department of Transportation. Subcontractor shall perform the MPT services to provide daily lane and shoulder closures as required for survey work at 21 locations within Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island. WSP shall obtain and provide for the Subcontractor the required NYC Office of Construction Mitigation and Coordination (OCMC) permits for road closures. Subcontractor shall provide and manage Work Zone Traffic Control following NYSDOT standards, and the Work Zone Traffic Control plans and OCMC stipulations developed for this work. This shall include installation and maintenance of arrow boards, attenuator trucks, cones/drums, signage, and other MPT equipment as required for the needed closures. DBE Firms encouraged to bid.
