Description Work includes the well case; cleaning which includes swabbing and using an acid solution as needed; and using bleach to disinfect the groundwater monitoring wells located at the 23rd Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant and the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). There is one groundwater monitoring well at 23rd Avenue WWTP and five wells at 91st Avenue WWTP. The wells are approximately 4-inches in diameter. The following information is provided for the 23rd Avenue WWTP: 1. Well 733.09 “APP–2” – north of 35th Avenue Bridge, east side of road –well depth: approximately 98.6-feet. The following information is provided for the 91st Avenue WWTP: 1.Well “MWA” 743.01 – northwest corner of the Northeast Lagoon #445 – well depth: approximately 60-feet. 2.Well “MVD” 743.04 – southeast corner of digester cleaning lagoons – well depth: approximately 60-feet. 3.Well “MWL” 743.17 – north of North Gate Guard House – well depth: approximately 60-feet. 4.Well “MWM” 743.19 –north of final effluent channel at 91st Avenue – well depth: approximately 60-feet. 5.Well “POC Well” 743.36 – west of Tres Rios Wetlands – well depth: approximately 60-feet.
