Harvest Phases 7, 8A, 8B and 11A Landscape and Hardscape

The project is located in the ETJ of the Town of Northlake, Texas, along Old Justin Road, Cleveland-Gibbs Road, and Harvest Way. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Harvest Way or Cleveland-Gibbs, heading north. The project scope is ±10,000 square feet of Hardscape, ±235,000 square feet (5.4 acres) of Landscape, and ±5,000 linear feet of wood fence. The project includes irrigation and electrical scop for each section, in addition to landscape and hardscape.
