RFQ Construction Manager At-Risk - Hardee County Jail HVAC Replacement

The Board of County Commissioners, Hardee County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as County will be soliciting a qualified business to provide Construction Manager At-Risk for the Hardee County Jail HVAC Replacement as noted in the Scope of Work/Services. In the best interest of the county, Hardee County reserves the right to: waive informalities and/or irregularities in any BID, delete any portion of the project; and/or extend the project within the limits of the work involved which in its judgment is in the best interest of the County. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the date and time of bid opening. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bid(s) and may postpone the award of the Agreement for a period of time which shall not extend beyond sixty (60) calendar days from the bid date.
