The posted questions deadline for May 18, 2023 at 4pm EST pertains to general inquiries concerning this RFP, including but not limited to, requests for clarifications and any other proposed changes to the RFP. Any specific electric account or data related questions pertaining to information included in the Attachment A will be answered until June 6, 2023 at 4pm EST. All clarifications and account related changes will be posted to all bidders via an amended version of the Attachment A account list as needed. All inquiries shall be submitted via email to the following RFP designated points of contact: AGENT EMAIL: Mathew.T.Stanton@DAS.NH.Gov The State will select a CEPS on the basis of multiple criteria. The State is not obligated to enter into an agreement with the lowest bidder regardless of term, but there is strong preference to award to the lowest bidder. Each bid submitted by a CEPS shall constitute an offer to supply in accordance with this RFP. The State reserves the right to reject any and all quotes received if it is determined that it is in the best interest of the State. |
