Designated sites include: Woods Park, 31st & J Street Holmes Park, 3700 South 70th Street Mahoney Park, 70th & Fremont Densmore Park, 6601 South 14th Street Air Park, 3720 NW 46th Street The City reserves the right to adjust the amount of aggregate supplied and hauled based in an amount of +/- 20% Payment for services will be made within 30 days of receipt of statement. Orders may be placed at different times throughout the term of the contract. Bid security, as a guarantee of good faith, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, may be required to be submitted with this bidding document, as indicated on the bid The City reserves the right to cancel orders, or any part thereof, without obligation, if delivery is not made within the time(s) specified on the bid.
