Chiller Maintenance and Overhaul Services for Two Chillers

Contractor shall lock-out tag-out chiller #1 and recover all refrigerant & store per EPA regulations. The contractor shall shut down only one circuit at a time to remove defective compressors A3 & B1. The contractor shall remove one defective compressor and install a new one along with the contactor and control board. The contractor shall vacuum each circuit to 500 microns or less. The contractor shall reassemble the chiller. The contractor shall leak test, evacuate and charge back the refrigerant removed. USDA will provide any additional refrigerant if needed. The contractor shall check, set and adjust all operating & safety controls, check all electrical connections for tightness & calibrate the controls for proper operation of the chiller. Upon completion, the contractor shall clean the site, check the chiller charge and operation per the manufacturer’s recommendations
