As of November 22nd, 2022 this project is pending an award decision. Scope of Work includes demolition of approximately twelve structures not more than one story in height of all-steel and wood frame construction, abatement of hazardous materials, grinding of rebar incased in concrete, grinding of concrete, masonry, asphalt, and similar materials, disposal of tires, and minor earthwork. Material grindings suitable for base material in accordance with the current Greenbook are to be retained on site, but dispersed in piles not more than five feet in height. All other materials are to be removed from the site.
