| Description | The intent of the College is to prequalify and select State of Florida licensed certified roofing contractors to provide the services outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Work will be assigned based on the firm's ability to complete the work in the required time frame and on the basis of experience with similar jobs. At the Owner's sole option, the contract may be renewed on a year to year basis for two (2) consecutive additional one year periods. This is a non-exclusive contract, with no guaranteed minimum. The intent of this proposal is to ensure single source responsibility for all material and labor proposed by each of the firms selected.
