This Request for Quote is a Small Purchase as defined by New Mexico Statutes Annotated, Chapter 13-1-125, and shall not exceed $60,000. The Gallup Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any part thereof and to waive any informality in any quote not deemed in the best interest of the Housing Authority. |
