Softner System Replacement and Install

13.The following is the scope of work to replace the defective softener system with a new system that is compatible the Magnum Series at Lakeview High School. Also modifications to the existing domestic systems as required for installation of new softener including isolation valves and softener bypass. Scope of work: 1. Isolate electrical supply to softener and disconnect wiring. 2. Disconnect water lines. 3. Remove and discard old softener system, tanks, associated equipment and piping and prepare/prep space for install of new system. This would include new floor pad if required. 4. Placement of new system and re-pipe water lines to fit new softener. 5. Rewire low and high voltage components 6. Pressure test and evacuate system 7. Make all necessary adjustments and record all settings. 8. Make sure all permits are pulled and all required inspections are complete. Work closely with the softener rep on start-up.
