| Description | The Robinson Cemetery Association of Pocahontas, Illinois is accepting sealed bids for the Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance Contract for the cemetery located on Robinson Cemetery Avenue. This contract shall be effective March 1, 2023 and end February 28, 2024. Duration of ontract to be one full year with the option to extend for additional years. Bid proposal should furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary as noted below. o Mowing and Trimming of all stones and obstacles o Blowing grass from headstones and monuments (each mowing) o Clearing and picking up any debris including but not limited to old flowers, trash, limbs, etc. o Mulching leaves in the fall o Filling in any subsided graves & re-seeding o Weed Spraying of Grounds as needed Lawn Mowing & Trimming shall be mowed as needed or upon request.3 Bidder must be bonded and submit certificate of insurance with bid.
